What Enterprise adds

Chainfill Enterprise includes everything in Professional. On top of that you decide centrally who gets in and what they may do, see afterwards exactly what happened, and set up each site as its own team.
Access
SSO with automatic accounts
Colleagues sign in through your own identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace. Whoever signs in for the first time gets an account in the right team straight away.
Your own roles per area
Create roles such as Planning, Invoicing or Admin, and decide per area (documents, integrations, settings, users and more) whether someone has no access, may edit or may manage.
Required two-step verification
Require two-step verification for everyone who signs in with a password. Anyone who has not set it up does so at their next sign-in. The user list shows who has it on. With SSO, your identity provider's MFA applies.
Control
Audit log with export
See who changed what, when, through which channel (web app, Peb, CLI or a connected AI app) and why. Also sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts and what happened to a document. Filter by person, area or period and export up to a year as CSV.
Security alerts
Switch them on and we email your admins as soon as someone becomes an admin, someone turns off two-step verification or Chainfill support starts working in your account.
One switch for every AI agent
An admin pauses every agent action in one click. Peb, connected AI apps and scheduled jobs then change nothing and do not call your systems. Reading and answering questions keeps working.
Organisation and data
Several teams, one organisation
Give each site or department its own team, with its own document types, rules, integrations and users. The contract and invoices run through the organisation.
Retention per team
Decide per team how long deleted documents stay in the trash, from one day to ten years. After that Chainfill deletes them automatically.
