Chain Fill on the “Logistiek met…” podcast
Last Thursday (January 9), we joined Martijn Graat on the Logistiek met… podcast. It was a fantastic experience and led to some really interesting conversations. Here’s a brief recap of what we discussed.
At the ICT & Logistics fair, we started talking with Martijn, who mentioned he runs a podcast focused on logistics. Not long after, we discussed Chain Fill—how and where we started, and our backgrounds.
We covered this in the podcast, but to summarize:
Yorick has a background in Technical Physics at TU Delft and software engineering.
Finn has a background in Neuroscience, Economics & Philosophy at the University of Amsterdam, with logistics experience through a family business.
We began developing Chain Fill at the end of March 2024, running multiple sprints with support and guidance from the Community of Practice. From June onwards, we went live and tested the platform with several companies.
Now we are growing rapidly and expect to reach around 20 customers by the end of this quarter. For now, we primarily offer automated order entry using AI, with useful features to enhance usability and optimization.
But we’re not stopping here.
We’re always looking ahead, aiming to take technology in this sector to the next level.
